Terms of use
Terms for using this website.
These terms are short because the site is simple. They cover your use of this website only. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
What this site is
This website describes the advisory practice of Zoe Aspinall and allows you to make an initial enquiry. Its content is general information about the practice. It is not advice, and nothing on it creates an advisory or professional relationship. A relationship with the practice begins only when a written engagement is agreed and signed.
What the practice does not provide
The practice provides educational, strategic and practical advisory services. It does not provide diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, medication advice, legal advice or emergency mental health services. Where someone may be at immediate risk, contact the appropriate emergency, medical or safeguarding service in their location.
Accuracy
We keep the site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. The content may change at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
The text, design and materials on this site belong to the practice. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not reproduce substantial parts of the site without permission.
Enquiries
The enquiry form and the practice email exist so that you can begin a conversation. Please do not send diagnostic reports, school records or detailed medical information at the enquiry stage. How we handle enquiry information is set out in the privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from use of this website are governed by the law of England and Wales.
