Zoe works alongside trusted advisers when an individual or family needs coordinated support across education, home life, work and significant transitions. Her practice is designed to complement established professional relationships, not displace them.

When to consider a referral
A referral may be appropriate when:
- A diagnosis has been made, but the family is unclear about what to do next.
- Clinical recommendations need to be translated into practical changes at home, school, university or work.
- Several specialists are involved, but no one is coordinating the whole plan.
- A family is facing an important school, university, career or relocation decision.
- The client needs support communicating with an educational institution.
- A late-diagnosed adult is reconsidering work, relationships or family life.
- A young adult needs a strategy for independence, higher education or entry into employment.
- Neurodivergence is affecting participation in a family enterprise or succession planning.
- A trusted adviser needs a senior educational and neurodiversity perspective alongside their own work.
Zoe’s role
Interpretation, strategy and coordination.
Zoe helps the client understand the practical significance of the diagnosis, identify the most important decisions, create a coherent roadmap, select and coordinate appropriate specialists, prepare for institutional discussions, implement recommendations and review progress over time.
Zoe does not diagnose, provide therapy, offer medical treatment, act as an expert witness or give regulated legal advice. Where a matter is primarily clinical, legal or safeguarding-related, the appropriate regulated professional must lead.
What happens when you introduce a client

You make a private introduction
With the client’s permission, introduce Zoe by email or ask the client to contact the practice directly. Please avoid including sensitive documents or detailed clinical information in the initial introduction.

Zoe considers suitability
Zoe speaks privately with the prospective client to understand the broad circumstances and establish whether the practice is an appropriate fit.

The engagement is defined
Where Zoe can help, the client receives a clear written scope setting out the work, professional boundaries, fees and confidentiality arrangements.

Consent is agreed
The client decides what may be shared, with whom and for what purpose.

The professional relationship is respected
Zoe does not replicate the referring adviser’s work or position herself between the client and an existing trusted professional. Updates are provided only where the client has given the necessary consent.
For clinicians
Zoe’s work begins where diagnosis and treatment plans often meet the practical realities of everyday life. She can help clients apply appropriate recommendations across education, family routines, communication, independence, university, work and international transitions. She does not reinterpret clinical findings as a clinician or advise on medication.
For private client and family advisers
Neurodivergence can affect education, independence, family communication, future planning and participation in a family enterprise. Zoe provides the personal and educational strategy that may be needed alongside legal, fiduciary, financial or governance advice.
For education consultants
A school placement cannot be considered solely in terms of reputation or academic outcomes. Zoe can help establish how a person’s profile relates to the learning environment, pastoral provision, boarding, class size and structure, communication, sensory demands, transitions and available specialist support. Her advice can complement, rather than replace, a placement consultant’s knowledge of institutions.

Zoe provides private briefings for selected professional groups on post-diagnosis planning and the practical interaction between families, schools and specialist advisers. Advisers are welcome to arrange a confidential introductory conversation before making a referral.
